First Week in South Africa

1/7/19

To Our Faithful Supporters and Prayer Partners,

Thank you for your prayers on our behalf over the past several days. We arrived safely on Wednesday without any significant travel glitches. Saying goodbye to our church family, our family, and especially Derek and Carissa, was harder than we could have imagined. Please keep praying for grace for this ongoing heartache.

We are thankful for a group of special ministry friends who greeted us warmly at the George airport and are helping us get through this transition. Lord willing, our container will be in our possession sometime this week and we’ll be able to get settled in our new home. We have lots of logistical items to take care of in the next several weeks, including setting up our home, bank account, and internet service, finding vehicles, and finalizing Grant’s enrollment in school.

For now, we just wanted to pass along our new contact information:

For those of you that have an iPhone, feel free to text, call, or FaceTime without any limitations. For those without an iPhone, the best way to reach us will be through WhatsApp (free download from your App store) rather than regular text messaging because we are charged every time we text to a non-iPhone user. WhatsApp is free, and you can text, call, or video call through that App without any limitations.

Thank you for praying. Thank you for sharing in our ministry.

We would love to hear from you

For the Sake of His Name,

Troy and Danielle

Psalm 67:1-2
